President Joe Biden will deliver a speech on Bidenomics at Prince George's Community College on Thursday.
Biden's economic speech comes shortly after his son, Hunter Biden, was indicted by a grand jury over allegations he unlawfully owned a gun while addicted to drugs. The indictment included three charges against Hunter Biden related to gun possession.

Bidenomics, the president's economic platform, has been a focal point of Biden's re-election campaign. He has touted his administration's ability to create manufacturing jobs and keep the unemployment rate low during a period of high inflation.
His speech comes two days after House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) announced the House would be moving forward with an impeachment inquiry following months of investigations from House GOP leaders into the Biden administration and alleged influence peddling by the Biden family.

The White House has condemned the inquiry, urging a more aggressive pushback to the GOP and dismissing the effort as “extreme politics at its worst."
Biden will begin his remarks at 2:45 p.m. Eastern time at Prince George's Community College in Largo, Maryland.
