Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell is delivering a high-profile speech in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, as he faces major pressure from President Donald Trump to lower interest rates.

Powell’s speech is expected to be his last keynote address as head of the central bank. It’s billed as an “Economic Outlook and Framework Review,” but it also gives him a chance to address some of Trump’s increasing criticism.

Wall Street expects Powell to indicate a September rate cut after he declined to do so in his last decision.
