The House Oversight Committee is holding a hearing on the handling of the investigation of Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, and will hear from two IRS whistleblowers who allege misconduct in the Justice Department's inquiry.

The hearing is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. on Capitol Hill, with the whistleblowers listed as the only witnesses for the hearing.

The two whistleblowers are Gary Shapley and an unnamed IRS agent whose identity will be revealed during the hearing. The hearing comes almost a month after it was announced Hunter Biden would enter a plea deal related to two charges regarding failure to pay federal income taxes.
