President Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden, is set to appear in a federal court in Delaware on Tuesday on three felony gun charges related to owning a firearm while using or being addicted to narcotics.
Hunter Biden is expected to plead not guilty. The younger Biden was arraigned earlier this year for a plea deal that fell apart after the first son's lawyers and U.S. Attorney David Weiss could not agree on the terms of the deal.
