The House Judiciary Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government is holding a hearing Thursday to examine the Missouri v. Biden case.

The case alleges that the Biden administration directed social media companies to censor United States citizens, violating the First Amendment.

MISSOURI AND LOUISIANA ATTORNEYS GENERAL ACCUSE BIDEN OF COLLUDING WITH BIG TECH

Filed in May last year by the attorneys general of Missouri and Louisiana, the lawsuit holds that the Biden administration colluded with Big Tech companies to suppress information related to COVID-19, election integrity, and other topics unfairly.
