


The House Oversight Committee is holding a subcommittee hearing regarding staffing challenges along the southern border.
A May report by the inspector general for the Department of Homeland Security declared that Customs and Border Protection and Immigration and Customs Enforcement have problems with their methods for staffing.

Chairman Glenn Grothman (R-WI) of the Subcommittee on National Security, the Border, and Foreign Affairs announced in a press release that the hearing will “highlight how the Biden Administration’s policies have catalyzed the crisis at the southern border.”
The hearing, titled "Help Wanted: Law Enforcement Staffing Challenges at the Border," is set to commence at 10 a.m. on Tuesday.
