 <p>The press conference is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. on Wednesday.</p> <p>The Senate is expected to vote on the continuing resolution to end the shutdown again, but it isn’t expected to pass. Republicans and Democrats remain entrenched, engaging in a messaging war to pin the blame for the shutdown on one another.</p>
