Vice President <a href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/tag/kamala-harris/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" title="">Kamala Harris</a> is holding her first meeting at her <a href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/tag/delaware/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" title="">Delaware</a> campaign headquarters since becoming the presumptive Democratic nominee for president.
