 <br><span class="ArticlePage-articleBody-firstLetter">F</span>ormer President <a class="Link" href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/tag/donald-trump" target="_blank">Donald Trump</a> is expected to speak from his <a class="Link" href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/tag/mar-a-lago" target="_blank">Mar-a-Lago</a> estate in Florida. The speech comes after the former president was <a class="Link" href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/policy/courts/trump-indicted-timeline-of-tuesday-arraignment-and-legal-proceedings" target="_blank">arraigned</a> in New York City earlier Tuesday. 

Trump became the only former U.S. president to be charged in a criminal case last week. A Manhattan grand jury indicted him on charges related to hush money payments ahead of the 2016 election.

The charges remained sealed ahead of the arraignment, but it had been reported that Trump was facing multiple charges and at least one felony.

Former President Donald Trump is expected to speak from his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida. The speech comes after the former president was arraigned in New York City earlier Tuesday.
