Former President Donald Trump will arrive and be booked at Fulton County Jail in Atlanta, Georgia, on Thursday after being charged in his fourth criminal case this year.

Trump is expected to arrive sometime Thursday evening. While no concrete time has been announced, the Federal Aviation Administration has issued temporary flight restrictions for the area of a radius of 1 nautical mile around the jail from 6:45 p.m. to 9 p.m. EDT.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN TRUMP TURNS HIMSELF IN TO FULTON COUNTY JAIL

The former president will be subjected to regular treatment by law enforcement when he arrives at the jail, according to authorities. He will likely have his mug shot taken, unlike his previous indictments, and is expected to be fingerprinted by officers.

Trump and 18 co-defendants are facing sweeping charges related to alleged attempts to overturn Georgia's 2020 general election results. Several of the co-defendants, such as former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows and former lawyers Rudy Giuliani, Jenna Ellis, and Sidney Powell, have had their mug shots taken and were released by officials in Fulton County after posting bond, following regular procedures.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis proposed in her scheduling order that Trump and other defendants should be arraigned the week of Sept. 5, but no official arraignment date has been confirmed. She requested a trial date of Oct. 23 on Thursday.

Trump's indictment in Fulton County is the fourth time he has been indicted in 2023. He also faces two federal indictments, one stemming from his handling of classified documents and one also related to actions to overturn the 2020 election. His fourth case is out of Manhattan, for which he was charged in March related to hush-money payments made during the 2016 campaign.
