The rally, which is centered in a county that largely voted for Trump in the 2020 elections, also included speeches from Gov. <a class="Link" href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/tag/henry-mcmaster" target="_blank">Henry McMaster</a> (R-SC), Sen. <a class="Link" href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/tag/lindsey-graham" target="_blank">Lindsey Graham</a> (R-SC), and Reps. William Timmons (R-SC) and Russell Fry (R-SC).

Although Trump is considered the favorite to win the party's nomination in 2024 so far, the Republican primaries includes two candidates that hail from the Palmetto state: Former Gov. <a class="Link" href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/tag/nikki-haley" target="_blank">Nikki Haley</a> and Sen. <a class="Link" href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/tag/tim-scott" target="_blank">Tim Scott</a> (R-SC).
