


The U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York is holding a press briefing on Friday to give details about the indictment of Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) and his wife, who were indicted on bribery charges in connection to their "corrupt" relationship with three New Jersey businessmen.

The indictment against the senator and his wife, Nadine Arslanian, was released on Friday following a criminal investigation from the Southern District of New York. The Justice Department alleges Menendez and his wife accepted gold bars worth hundreds of thousands of dollars from a felon in a trade for help.
