President Joe Biden is delivering remarks after a stronger-than-expected September jobs report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics showing the economy added 336,000 jobs.
Biden is expected to begin speaking at 11:30 a.m. from the White House. He is also expected to address National Manufacturing Day in his speech.

The jobs report was far above expectations and was the strongest month for job growth since January. The unemployment rate was measured at 3.8% in September.
