Alina Habba is being sworn in as the interim U.S. Attorney for New Jersey in the Oval Office.

The longtime Trump ally, and consultant to the president, will be sworn in at 1 p.m., according to the White House.

TRUMP LAWYER ALINA HABBA NAMED US ATTORNEY FOR NEW JERSEY

Habba was announced as the interim U.S. Attorney for the Garden State earlier this week.

She called the appointment an honor, vowing to “continue to fight for truth and justice.”
