Liam Neeson was "uncomfortable" with just how taken Joy Behar was with him on The View last week.

In fact, the actor revealed that his segment on the talk show was "a bit embarrassing" in an interview with Rolling Stone.

"I was in the dressing room drinking a cup of tea, turned the TV up, and I thought, oh, this will be great. They're talking about gun violence in America, and I agree that it's an American problem," he said.

"And then our segment starts and it's just all this BS with Joy [Behar] and Liam Neeson and having a crush, and I've known Whoopi [Goldberg] for years and Joy a little bit, but I just wasn't impressed. I'm uncomfortable in those situations, you know?" he revealed.

Neeson said he actually congratulated the ladies for their conversation on gun violence prior to his segment beginning, only to be met with a segment focused on Behar's crush on him immediately after.

"The segment's all about this — oof —13-14-year-old crush. It's just a bit embarrassing," he said.

The actor did reveal that he had "a good, intelligent conversation" with Sunny Hostin after the show.

Neeson was on the program to promote his new movie Marlowe, which is a crime thriller. However, the segment kept circling back to Behar's infatuation. At times during the segment, Neeson appeared slightly uncomfortable.

Recently, the Star Wars actor told host Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live! that he wouldn't reprise his role of Jedi master Qui-Gon Jinn, claiming that the series is becoming diluted.

“No, I’m not. There’s so many spinoffs of Star Wars. It’s diluting it, to me, and it’s taken away the mystery and the magic, in a weird way,” he said.
