Tyson Foods is recalling almost 15 tons of its famous dinosaur nuggets over concerns the batch could be contaminated with metal.

The recall of roughly 29,819 pounds of the prehistoric chicken nuggets concerns the patties that were made on Sept. 5, specifically 29-ounce bags of the dinosaur nuggets with an expiration date of Sept. 4, 2024. The bags being recalled have the establishment number P-7211, which was located on the back of the package, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service.

The recall was issued after the department's Food Safety and Inspection Service was alerted to complaints that some of its chicken nuggets contained small metal pieces. As of Saturday, only one minor oral injury from these nuggets has been reported.
