President Donald Trump’s revamped White House website, unveiled as he was giving his Inaugural Address, wiped the Biden-Harris administration away to declare “America is back.”
It was the first obvious change of ownership of the White House and presented a more forceful view of Trump, the nation’s 45th president, who is returning in a historic comeback as the 47th president.

The website always changes with a switch of administrations. But rarely has it been such a dramatic change.
Those opening whitehouse.gov for the first time will see a symbolic video of Trump’s return, heavy on the military, and even including an American bald eagle in flight.
At the end of the video, a photo of Trump pointing at the user is shown over the words, “America is back,” the theme of his inaugural address.

The website will be used to show what the president has done, including the long list of up to 100-200 executive orders coming down this week.

However, for now, it lists his top six priorities: ending inflation, cutting taxes, securing U.S. borders, beefing up the military, boosting American energy dominance, and cutting crime.
Likely, the most viewed page initially will be the one titled “The Administration,” which describes the new president this way: “After a landslide election victory in 2024, President Donald J. Trump is returning to the White House to build upon his previous successes and use his mandate to reject the extremist policies of the radical left while providing tangible quality of life improvements for the American people.”
