


Former President Donald Trump will meet with Republican senators in Washington this week, a source familiar with the matter told the Washington Examiner.
Sen. John Barrasso (R-WY), the third-ranking GOP senator, extended the invitation for the presumptive Republican presidential nominee to meet with Senate Republicans on Thursday while in town meeting with the Business Roundtable lobbying group.
The meeting was first reported by NBC News.

The GOP’s 2025 agenda will be discussed with Trump, who is currently considering several Republican senators to be his vice presidential running mate, including Sens. Marco Rubio (R-FL), J.D. Vance (R-OH), and Tim Scott (R-SC).
