A Michigan transgender woman has filed a court claim demanding their ex-boyfriend return their surgically removed genitalia that he allegedly stores in his refrigerator.
Brianna Kingsley, a 40-year-old biological male identifying as female, submitted a two-page claim and affidavit in Pontiac's 50th District Court, according to a report.

"Defendant retains possession of my surgically extracted testicles, preserved in (a) Mason jar, kept in (the) fridge next to the eggs," Kingsley stated in the handwritten affidavit.
"Demand immediate return of my human remains specimen and damages of $6,500."
The person in possession of Kingsley's genitalia is the transgender woman's ex-boyfriend, 37-year-old William Wojciechowski, who maintains that Kingsley "picked up all her possessions when we broke up [eight months ago]. She took everything she wanted then."
Wojciechowski said Kingsley has persistently harassed him and that he intends to use Kingsley's claim as proof of further intimidation.
"I'll be telling my lawyer about this because it's getting ridiculous," Wojciechowski, who did not appear to deny storing Kingsley's genitalia in his fridge, said. "I don't owe her anything."
"She's been harassing me ever since we broke up," he added. "I had to take out a PPO against her."
Oakland County Circuit Court Judge Lisa Gorcyca signed the personal protection order for Wojciechowski in December 2022, and it is effective for a year.

Kingsley pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault in October 2020 and served two months in jail for an incident involving a deadly weapon in 2019, according to the report.
Kingsley, who has made at least one TikTok mocking the removal of the genitalia in question, is not permitted to purchase a firearm nor have any "third party contact or social media contact" under the PPO.
