Border czar Tom Homan predicted that increasing opposition to Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents will lead to someone being killed.
ICE continues to fight allegations from Democratic lawmakers and false reports about its operations. This week, an anonymous immigrant’s arrest was filmed by a bystander who called the ICE agents “f***ing losers” and told them to “put a bullet in your head.”

“It is disgusting. A lot of our congressional representatives who are vilifying ICE on the border every day are driving this hate. I’m telling you it’s only a matter of time before there is an incident where an ICE agent is going to have to take a life or an ICE agent is going to lose a life,” Homan said Tuesday on Fox News’s The Ingraham Angle.
The Department of Homeland Security shared the video mentioned above on its X account, condemning the “inexcusable” behavior. According to the agency, “our ICE officers are facing a 413% increase in assaults while carrying out arrests.”
“I worked for six presidents. No one even comes close to the success of President Trump. I’m proud every day to wake up and work for this man because we’re making a difference. We’re making this country safe again one illegal alien at a time,” Homan said. “You can hate it all you want, we are going to do it. You are not going to stop us. We’re going to continue doing exactly what we are doing. Take all the pictures you want. Scream all you want. Doesn’t matter. We are going to do the job.”

Meanwhile, other law enforcement agencies are teaming up with ICE to assist in its deportation efforts. As of May 29, a record 635 memorandum of agreements, MOAs, to identify violent criminals illegally in the country have been signed with ICE in 40 states, and that number is growing every day, according to ICE.
Florida also has the most state agencies participating in deportation efforts and the most police departments that have signed MOAs. The state’s coastal location makes it a prime target for immigrants across the world to enter the United States illegally.
