Arkansas State Police arrested a shooter who left three dead and 10 wounded at a grocery store in Fordyce.

The shooting occurred around 11:30 a.m. Friday outside a Mad Butcher grocery store, 65 miles south of Little Rock, Arkansas. Two law enforcement officers received non-life-threatening injuries while exchanging gunfire with the shooter Friday, according to Mike Hagar, Arkansas State Police secretary of public safety and director. At least one of the eight others injured are in critical condition.

A witness told Fox News he saw a medevac land at the local hospital’s helipad and said that “multiple agencies were down here trying to figure out what was going on.” Another witness said the shooter “destroyed a community today.”
