The state began sending out payments in the fall of 2022, with the last batch of Alaska taxpayers who are "eligible-not-paid" to receive their checks on Thursday.
The eligibility requirements included being a resident of Alaska for the entire calendar year before the date of application for a dividend, as well as intending to remain an Alaska resident indefinitely at the time of application.
Residents were not eligible if they were incarcerated or convicted of a felony during the year of application, as well.
Applicants applied for the Permanent Fund Dividend from January to March 31, 2022.
