Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem received the South Park treatment Wednesday night, in an episode featuring the secretary as a dog-killing, botox-receiving law enforcement officer.

South Park’s second episode of season 27 focused on Mr. Mackey, who joined Immigration and Customs Enforcement after losing his school counselor job. Mackey joined other recruits watching a training video of Noem, saying, “She seems nice,” after the secretary introduced herself.

“A few years ago, I had to put my puppy down by shooting it in the face, because sometimes doing what’s important means doing what’s hard,” Noem says before getting out of an ICE van to shoot and kill a nearby dog.

“Now we’ll ask the same determination of you, because detaining and questioning people is never easy,” Noem said.

Noem killing dogs, a recurring joke throughout the episode, refers to her revelation last year that she once killed her 14-month-old puppy named Cricket. The story sparked major controversy ahead of her book release, though Noem stood by her decision to kill the dog.

Another joke in the episode is Noem’s face melting, eventually falling off her head. Whenever this occurs, her makeup crew quickly addresses the problem before the paparazzi show up.

Noem eventually invites Mackey to Mar-a-Lago, where President Donald Trump offers him a chance to become the new face of DHS. However, Mackey is freaked out by Trump’s relationship with Satan and decides to quit ICE and return to his original job.

Noem has not mentioned her South Park parody on X as of Thursday. However, Vice President JD Vance shared a screenshot of last night’s episode on X, showing his character with a photo of his face atop an animated body, saying he “finally made it.”

Additionally, Turning Point USA CEO Charlie Kirk shared a clip of South Park’s Eric Cartman parodying Kirk. Cartman asks a college student why a killer is charged with double homicide if he kills a pregnant woman, a satirical recreation of Kirk’s debates on college campuses.

“Not bad, Cartman,” Kirk wrote on X.
