South Park poked fun at President Donald Trump and his recent deal with Paramount Global during its season 27 premiere, jokingly asking the show’s characters if they “want to end up like Colbert.”

The show’s co-creators, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, penned a five-year deal to continue the show on Wednesday, the same day the latest episode debuted. In the season premiere, a parody of CBS News’s 60 Minutes covers a story on the presence of Jesus Christ in schools, satirizing Trump’s feud with 60 Minutes that was settled earlier this month.

The parents of South Park oppose Trump, who is depicted with a realistic photo of himself atop an animated body, for having Jesus in schools, prompting the president to threaten them with a $5 billion lawsuit. Jesus then tries to convince the townspeople to settle, saying he had to return to schools because it is part of “the agreement with Paramount.”

“You guys saw what happened to CBS? Well, guess who owns CBS? Paramount. You really want to end up like Colbert? You guys got to stop being stupid,” Jesus says in the episode.

The townspeople eventually settle for $3.5 billion under the condition that they create “pro-Trump messaging,” with the episode then showing a “pro-Trump PSA.” The realistic video depicts the president stripping naked in a desert, ending with the phrase, “He Gets Us. All of Us,” referencing the religious “He Gets Us” campaign.

The segment also promotes the website, “HeTrumpedUs.com,” which allows visitors to rewatch the public service announcement. The video states the PSA is “01 of 50,” implying 49 more are coming in the future.

South Parks season premiere comes nearly a week after The Late Show with Stephen Colbert was canceled, prompting its host — a frequent critic of Trump — to target the president, saying “the gloves are off” until the show ends in 10 months

TRUMP CELEBRATES RUMOR KIMMEL AND FALLON WILL HAVE SHOWS AXED AFTER COLBERT

Trump celebrated Colbert’s show getting axed on Truth Social last week, saying the host’s talent “was even less than his ratings.”

The cancellation of Colbert’s show and the South Park deal comes amid a potential merger between Skydance Media and Paramount Global. The former company indicated Tuesday that the latter’s diversity, equity, and inclusion policies will dissolve should the Federal Communications Commission approve the merger.
