


Doctors found a small nodule in former President Joe Biden‘s prostate during a routine exam.
The discovery came after a small cancerous lesion was found on Biden’s chest in 2023 and removed that March. At age 82, Biden had regular skin cancer screenings during his presidency.

“In a routine physical exam, a small nodule was found in the prostate, which necessitated further evaluation,” a spokesperson told ABC News.
The term “nodule” is used for a wide range of diagnostics. It’s unclear whether this latest discovery is cancerous.

While Biden retained a healthy weight and body mass index during his term, Kevin O’Connor, the White House Doctor at the time, found that Biden had high cholesterol, an irregular heartbeat, acid reflux, seasonal allergies, and spinal arthritis. Following the removal of the lesion in his chest, O’Connor determined Biden would not need further treatment.
Biden appeared on The View last week to deny claims from books published following the November election that allege his mental decline began well before he decided to seek reelection.
