The Allen Police department confirmed the identity of the Saturday mall shooter Sunday.

Mauricio Garcia, 33, of Dallas, Texas was confirmed to be the suspect involved in the shooting that killed nine and wounded scores more.

Garcia was also killed at the scene. Police are still conducting an investigation and asking the public to submit any and all information they might have about Garcia.

"The Texas Department of Public Safety extends our deepest condolences to the victims, their families, and citizens who were affected by the shooting at the Allen Premium Outlets," the department wrote on its Facebook page.
