Dayjia Blackwell thought she was untouchable, but the Philadelphia Police Department showed her otherwise.

After a city court’s decision to dismiss charges against a former Philadelphia police officer, rioting and looting occurred throughout the city on Tuesday night. Looters broke into stores, destroyed merchandise, and stole products at an Apple store, a Foot Locker, and a Lululemon. One alleged criminal participant, Dayjia Blackwell, livestreamed the rioting and looting in several locations. Blackwell is 21 years old and is known as “Meatball” on Instagram and TikTok, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

MORE AMNESTIES WILL ONLY MAKE BORDER CRISIS WORSE

“What we doing tonight behind this injustice tap in?” Dayjia Blackwell posted on Instagram, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported. Later, Blackwell filmed several other videos encouraging nefarious and illegal behavior.

“What store we going at first, y’all?” Blackwell said in one of the videos. “Apple store,” another replied in the background.

Subsequently, the Apple store in Philadelphia’s Center City section was targeted, trashed, and looted.

“OK, where we going next? Where we going next?” Blackwell shouted on her livestream as looters were seen behind her running out of the store “with arms full of iPhones and iPads.”

In yet another video, Blackwell was filming the destruction of a liquor store in the city. She gleefully shouted and encouraged the looters to take whatever they wanted. It was disgraceful and indicative of the toxic, destructive culture that fuels this crime.

“Everybody must eat! Yes! Everybody must eat!” Blackwell repeatedly shouted while filming the incident. “Everybody must eat! Everybody must eat!”

“That’s what I’m talking 'bout,” Blackwell said as she smiled and laughed at the destruction behind her.

She wouldn’t be smiling for much longer.

The Philadelphia Police Department used Blackwell’s videos to track her down and arrest her while she was filming. Blackwell was among 52 arrested for Tuesday night’s wave of crime and destruction.

Her mug shot starkly contrasted the smiling and laughing “Meatball” from the looting. It showed a woman with a look of despair and tears coming out of her eyes. Suddenly, destruction and theft weren’t laughing matters anymore.

Additionally, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported that a woman who claimed to be Blackwell’s mother filmed a video on Wednesday on Instagram stating that she was going to pick up her daughter. But not before she used the opportunity to make money from her daughter’s arrest and tried to sell beanies for $50.

“Going to get my kid,” the post on Instagram said. “Beanies for sale $50. Free meatball.”

With parents and role models like that, it’s no wonder the 21-year-old Blackwell was in her predicament. The Left likes to claim these things happen because of racism, discrimination, and inequality, but as Meatball’s alleged mother showed, it’s lousy parenting and cultural issues.

Breaking into Apple stores and walking out with arms full of iPhones and iPads has nothing to do with police shootings. The looters had zero interest in criminal justice cases, reform, or the police shooting. All those kids cared about was taking expensive products without paying for them. The sooner people stop trying to hide what this really is, the better off society will be. Any person claiming otherwise is lying.
