The then-New York City college professor who went viral for holding a machete to the throat of a reporter and threatening to "chop" him up is reportedly back teaching.

Shellyne Rodriguez, a former employee of Hunter College, has secured employment as an adjunct instructor teaching a sculpture class at the Cooper Union in the city's East Village, according to a report.

The educator first made national news when she cursed at and destroyed an anti-abortion display created by students and then threatened New York Post's Reuven Fenton with a machete after he knocked on the door of her Bronx apartment.

"Get the f*** away from my door or I'm gonna chop you up with this machete!" Rodriguez told Fenton during the encounter.

After the threat, Rodriguez, who was fired from Hunter College shortly thereafter, had the blade to Fenton's throat.

"Get the f*** away from my door!" she screamed. "Get the f*** away from my door!"

She then slammed the door in Fenton's face.

However, the escapade did not end there. The educator stormed out of her building to follow Fenton into the street.

"If I see you on this block one more f***ing time, you're going to—” Rodriguez, armed with the machete, said.

"Get the f*** off the block! Get the f*** out of here, yo!"

After the incident with the reporter, Rodriguez was hit with harassment and menacing charges, the report noted.
