A museum dedicated to the milestones and successes of Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James is set to open in James's hometown of Akron, Ohio.

LeBron James' Home Court will open its doors on Nov. 25 at the House Three Thirty, a community-serving facility launched by the NBA star's foundation, according to a report.

At the museum, visitors can learn the story of the four-time NBA champion and engage in a multimedia experience in which they can explore a recreation of the now-38-year-old's childhood apartment.

Other activities at the museum include seeing items from the "King's" childhood, watching footage of his time as a high school athlete, and witnessing the path that led him to four NBA titles, the report noted.

Notable memorabilia on display include James's 2003 NBA draft all-white suit, his McDonald's All American Game jersey, and a backboard and rim from St. Vincent-St. Mary High School, according to the report.

"My dream was always to put Akron on the map," James said. "So to have a place in my hometown that allows me to share my journey with my fans from all over the world means a lot to me."

"I've been known to hang on to a lot of things over the years, and I always knew there would be a time and place to bring them out," he said.
