Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) refused to take questions from a reporter from the United Kingdom, saying, “We don’t give a crap” about the journalist’s writing.
Greene was taking questions from reporters when one began to ask about Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, prompting the Georgia congresswoman to interrupt and ask, “What country are you from?” When the reporter answered that she was from the U.K., Greene refused to take any questions from her.

“Ok, we don’t give a crap about your opinion and your reporting,” Greene stated. “Why don’t you go back to your country where you have a major migrant problem? No, no, no, no, you should care about your own borders.”

"From the UK"

Greene then asked the reporter if she cared about the people of her own country, including women who are “raped by migrants.” She then kept talking over the U.K. reporter, telling her, “I don’t care about your fake news.” Greene then took a question from an “American journalist.”
Another reporter proceeded to ask Greene about the “complete disregard of operational security” from top members of the Trump administration, likely referring to the recent leaks from a Signal group chat. Greene opted to point to how the previous administration “ripped our borders open” to illegal immigrants, arguing that the Trump administration is doing a “great job” addressing that.

“We’re talking about NPR and PBS today, we’re talking about fake news that was funded with federal funding from American taxpayers,” Greene stated. “That’s what this is about today, not journalists from the U.K.”
Greene spent Wednesday railing against both NPR and PBS during a budget-cutting hearing, saying the broadcasting networks have become “radical, left-wing echo chambers for a narrow audience.” She also greatly criticized the latter network featuring a drag queen on the “Let’s Learn” show.
