A new report shows where United States senators stand in unpopularity among voters, with Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) leading the pack.

The data analysis company Morning Consult Pro released a new poll Wednesday, surveying voters from all 50 states. Sixty-five percent of voters disapprove of the Kentucky Republican’s job performance, with 29% approving. McConnell was crowned the most unpopular senator in January and again in July, with about three out of five Kentucky voters expressing disapproval in the latter.

Trailing the longest-serving Senate party leader is Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME), with a 50% disapproval rating, while 44% approve. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) was the third overall among unpopular senators, with a 49% to 39% disapproval to approval score, respectively.

Republicans have the three most unpopular senators in the nation, according to the poll, while the fourth place spot goes to Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV). Forty-eight percent of voters disapprove of Manchin, while 42% support him. The survey was conducted from August to October, before Manchin’s announcement earlier this month that he won’t run for reelection next year. The red-state Democrat's retirement from the Senate fueled speculation over whether he plans on launching a third-party presidential bid.

Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) falls directly behind Manchin, with 46% disapproving and 36% approving. Menendez was indicted on accusations of accepting bribes and conspiring to act as a foreign agent of Egypt. He pleaded not guilty to all charges, alongside his wife, who was also indicted, in federal court in October. Despite multiple calls for him to step down and new challengers emerging, the senior senator has not said he will resign or hold off on a reelection bid.

Sens. Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ), Joni Ernst (R-IA), and Chuck Grassley (R-IA) are tied at a 45% disapproval ranking, holding 40%, 42%, and 44% approval rankings, respectively. Forty-four percent disapprove to 45% approve of Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), who has ranked among the most unpopular senators for years, as surveyed by Morning Consult. However, Graham has dropped to ninth place after being among the top five least popular lawmakers in the July report.

Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) ranks as the most unpopular freshman senator in tenth place. He made headlines this fall after pushing back against a dress code in the Senate, which was temporarily relaxed by Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) before he reversed the decision.
