The rampant homelessness crisis plaguing the country has been well-documented in multiple reports in recent years. Major cities throughout the country have started to resemble third-world countries and tent cities instead of booming metropolises.

In many cities, there’s been a significant rise in crime and illicit drug use due to the homeless problem. Now, many people in the country are saying enough is enough. A recent poll found that most adults in the country are very concerned about homelessness.

A recent Rasmussen Reports survey found that a whopping 87% of American adults “believe homelessness is a serious problem” in the country. The survey included 61% of respondents who believed the problem is “very serious,” according to Rasmussen. It’s a predictable response given the situation nationwide.

Additionally, the poll found that the majority of the country felt that homelessness had worsened during President Joe Biden’s time in office. According to Rasmussen, 64% of people believe the country’s homelessness problem has deteriorated in the last two years. Only 12% of people think homelessness “has gotten better in the past two years.”

These kinds of societal ills will only be tolerated for so long before people start to grow unhappy and express concerns. Moreover, it’s yet another example of what happens when Democrats are in power and implement these disastrous policies that cause many of the problems facing the country.

People want to feel safe walking in the streets in the nation’s cities. This is difficult to do when they must worry about being killed by criminals that rogue, George Soros-funded, left-wing district attorneys keep out of jail or when they encounter dangerous situations because of an out-of-control homeless problem.

However, there is light at the end of the tunnel. There is good news and a simple remedy to all of this. If 87% of the country feels homelessness is "bad and getting worse," as Rasmussen reported, voters can solve this by doing one very simple thing – vote for Republicans in the next election.
