New photos taken on Mars show a pair of rocks that have the internet speculating on what they look like, with some arguing the structures look like the fin of a shark and the claw of a crab.
The photos, released by NASA, were taken by a rover vehicle on the red planet. NASA asked social media users what they thought the pair of rocks looked like, with many saying they looked like a part of a crab.

Others said that the rocks looked like the back plates of a stegosaurus, while another joked that one of the objects belonged to the "Almighty Great Cosmic Crab."

Other photos of the red planet were released earlier this year showing the sky on Mars. The image released by NASA consisted of two pictures taken at different times of day stitched together, with NASA choosing two times of day to capture different perspectives of the landscape.
