


A man in Pennsylvania was taken into custody last month after state police pulled him over and discovered more than 900 bags of suspected heroin/fentanyl.
The incident occurred on March 24 after state police pulled over a vehicle traveling northbound on I-380, according to a report.

"Criminal activity" was suspected by authorities, and a search was conducted, authorities said.
At least 920 bags of suspected heroin/fentanyl was discovered in the rear seat of the vehicle, the report noted.
Marcus Manigault, 37, of Nanticoke, was a car passenger and confessed the drugs were his, police said.

Manigault was taken into custody and is facing possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, among other drug-related charges, according to the report.
He was placed in Lackawanna County Prison on a $75,000 bail.
