President Donald Trump added to his ever-expanding roster of executive actions last week when he signed an order titled “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports,” which does exactly what it says on the box: It keeps men out of women’s sports.
“It is the policy of the United States to rescind all funds from educational programs that deprive women and girls of fair athletic opportunities, which results in the endangerment, humiliation, and silencing of women and girls and deprives them of privacy,” the order states. “It shall also be the policy of the United States to oppose male competitive participation in women’s sports more broadly, as a matter of safety, fairness, dignity, and truth.”
Of course, the legacy media and the remaining horde of left-wing activists rushed to condemn this action as nothing but Trump’s latest expression of anti-transgender fascism, made worse for his critics by the fact that he dared to sign the order surrounded by children and female athletes.
“Let’s recreate the Tim Walz photo op, but instead of feeding children in school how about we drive some trans kids to suicide,” scoffed podcast host Emma Vigeland on X, where she also lists “Free Palestine” in her bio.
Meanwhile, ABC News downplayed the impact of the executive order, arguing, “Despite right-wing ire, there are very few transgender athletes in women’s sports.” Don’t forget: Democrats are able to argue two things at once: This bad thing never happens, but when it does, it doesn’t happen that often, so why even bother taking action against it?
But they’re wrong: The image of Trump surrounded by children and female athletes putting an end to the funding of transgender insanity was hugely meaningful. Why? Because it represents a return to normal: a clear statement that rejects the leftist belief that there is no biological difference between men and women, that we should celebrate men dominating women in the field of athletics, and that this Orwellian madness is actually unquestionable proof that our society is modern, liberal and compassionate. After all, there is apparently nothing more compassionate than forcing girls to change in locker rooms with naked adult men.
Of course, we must be able to define what is normal. This might help: 79% of those polled by a recent New York Times-Ipsos survey said biological men who “identify as women” should not be allowed to compete in women’s sports. Let alone the fact that 67% of Democrats polled also rejected the idea that men should be allowed to compete in women’s sports.

Make no mistake: The vast majority of people do not support men in women’s sports. So let the activists on the fringe descend ever deeper into the extremes of their own dying movement, elevating progressive wunderkind David Hogg, complaining that former Vice President Kamala Harris lost the election because of racism and sexism, and condemning Trump as being pro-transgender child suicide.
Let them shout and scream and cry until they’re blue in the face. That won’t stop them being left behind by the rest of the country who have decided: enough.
