Republican National Committee Co-Chairwoman Lara Trump said former President Donald Trump is open to a second debate with Vice President Kamala Harris for a fair showdown that voters are owed.

“Donald Trump, of course, had already agreed to a Fox News debate. It was last week on Sept. 4,” Lara Trump told the Ingraham Angle. “Kamala Harris didn’t want to agree to that. I wonder why. … Look, I think he’s very open. I think the American people deserve to see these two people and hear ideas.”

Tuesday’s debate hosted by ABC News was a “disservice” to voters because they were denied hearing the true scope of the candidates’ plans for the next administration, according to Lara Trump.

“Donald Trump was the only one, by the way, who talked about that,” she added. “Of course, it was 3-on-1. He was on defense the entire time, having to fight them all off, but I think what last night showed us, Laura, if it wasn’t already crystal clear to everybody out there, is that Donald Trump is not just running against a candidate. He’s running against an entire system.”

The debate demonstrated a continuation of the Hollywood production that Democrats have become famous for, and Harris is one of the party’s best “actors,” Lara Trump said.

“You give her a line, man, she will memorize it,” she said. “For four years, they gave her the line to say if anybody asked about how Joe Biden is doing. ‘Is he up to the task?’ She would deliver that line and lie directly to the American people.”

“They have cranked that machine up to high speed, and last night, you saw her in quite a performance alongside her fellow thespians of David Muir and Linsey Davis,” she added.

Both Muir and Davis were slammed by Republicans after the debate for one-sided fact-checking and a failure to push Harris on her positions, and voters are very aware of the environment the 45th president found himself in on Tuesday night, according to the RNC co-chairwoman.

“The American people were not convinced by anything Kamala Harris said,” Lara Trump said. “She didn’t say a single thing that convinced anybody in this country that she deserves their vote.”
