While President Joe Biden dodges responsibility for apparently enabling Iran's role in Hamas's attack on Israel and clears his afternoon schedule for a nap, former President Donald Trump is spending his time praising Hezbollah .
Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL), meanwhile, seems to be the only top presidential contender who cares about saving American lives. The candidate, who possesses more presidential quality than both of the aforementioned geezers together, issued an executive order on Thursday to ensure the rescue of Floridians stuck in Israel as it is besieged by Hamas terrorists.
REPUBLICAN SAYS GOP BICKERING OVER NEXT SPEAKER MAKES 'US LOOK LIKE A BUNCH OF IDIOTS'“There are more than 20,000 Americans, including many Floridians, in Israel who wish to return home but have been prevented from doing so because of commercial flight cancellation and other travel and logistics disruptions due to the ongoing war in the region,” the order said.
The order gives the Division of Emergency Management authority to "execute the State's Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan and other response, recovery, and mitigation plans necessary to cope with the emergency, including any logistical, rescue, or evacuation operations."
Under the leadership of @GovRonDeSantis, DEM is arranging chartered flights for Floridians needing safe transportation from Israel - completely free of charge.

It also alleged that the Biden administration "has failed to provide information requested by the State of Florida about any plans" for "rescue or evacuation operations for Americans, including Floridians, stranded in the region."
It pays to live in Florida, but in America at large, not so much as you'd think.
The Biden administration announced its own evacuation operation on Thursday, but it has not confirmed whether American citizens will have to give Uncle Sam some cash for the privilege of their rescue. Even Congress has seemingly done more than the State Department: Rep. Cory Mills (R-FL) traveled to Israel himself to rescue Americans.
Trump may not have the same role in all of this as our current commander in chief (and, yes, that is Biden), but that doesn't mean his hands are tied. Incredibly, Trump has done less for Israel than boxer Floyd Mayweather, who is reportedly sending his private plane to deliver supplies to the Israel Defense Forces and innocent Israeli citizens. Meanwhile, Trump is informing his fans that terrorists are "very smart."
CLICK HERE TO READ MORE FROM THE WASHINGTON EXAMINERNearly 30 Americans are estimated to be dead; the death toll could easily rise in the coming days as the conflict between Hamas and Israel rages on. "Twenty or more" Americans are still unaccounted for , according to national security adviser Jake Sullivan . Some could be dead, some could be hostages in Gaza, and some could be desperately trying to find a way out.
Americans deserve the knowledge that their government is working around the clock to bring them home. At least the people of Florida know that someone has their back.
