Hunter Biden illegally deducted over $100,000 in payments toward a sex club membership and a prostitute from his taxes, according to congressional testimony given by two IRS whistleblowers.

An anonymous IRS criminal investigator and supervisory agent Gary Shapley alleged Hunter Biden deducted $106,000 by writing off his sexual affairs as business expenses. The House Ways and Means Committee released documents on Thursday pertaining to the criminal investigation of President Joe Biden’s son.

“Some of the items that he deducted were personal no-show employees. He deducted payments that were made to who he called his West Coast assistant, but she was essentially a prostitute,” the unnamed whistleblower said about Hunter Biden’s 2018 tax return.

Shapley told the committee that Hunter Biden booked several flights for prostitutes.

“There were multiple examples of prostitutes that were ordered basically, and we have all the communications between that where he would pay for these prostitutes, would book them a flight where even the flight ticket showed their name. And then he expensed those [to his consulting firm, Owasco PC],” Shapley said in his testimony.

The anonymous IRS employee talked about how the president’s son listed a deposit for a sex club membership in Los Angeles, California, as a "golf membership" instead.

“He made payments — there’s an $18,000 wire that is made to one of these individuals, and on the wires, they say $8,000 in wage and $10,000 in golf — $10,000 golf club member deposit. And we know that that $10,000 went to pay for a sex club,” the whistleblower said.

“He went to a sex club, and we’ve talked to the person that owned that sex club, and they confirmed that he was there. And the guy has to pay $10,000, and the girl — whoever is referring him there doesn’t have to pay anything. So that was deducted on the tax return.”

Hunter Biden’s tax return also showed an expense made “to one of his girlfriends” listed as a golf membership, according to Shapley, who also corroborated his colleague’s claim regarding the sex club.

“We went out and followed that money. It was for a sex club membership in LA,” he said.

Hunter Biden is scheduled to appear in court on July 26 in Delaware after he agreed to a plea deal, in which he admitted to committing two tax-related crimes while avoiding a gun possession charge, on Tuesday.
