Hunter Biden business associate Rob Walker has been asked to appear for an interview by Rep. James Comer (R-KY), chairman of the House Oversight Committee, after new details emerged on over $1 million in Chinese-sourced funds distributed to Biden family members.

Comer revealed the new details on Thursday after he obtained them through a subpoena of Walker's bank records. The GOP investigator revealed that “from 2015 through 2017, Biden family members and their companies received over $1.3 million in payments” from accounts tied to Walker.

BIDEN FAMILY MEMBERS RECEIVED $1 MILLION PAYMENTS FOLLOWING CHINESE WIRE

More than $1 million was sent in incremental payments to Hunter, James Biden, President Joe Biden’s brother, and to Hallie Biden, the widow of the president’s deceased son Beau Biden with whom Hunter had a brief romantic relationship in 2017, just after Walker received a $3 million wire from a Chinese company.

“Rob Walker is a key witness in our investigation of President Biden’s involvement in his family’s business schemes,” Comer said Friday. “These records reveal that the three parties likely all received a third of the money from China and it is unclear what services were provided in return.”

In his Friday letter to Walker, Comer told him that the committee "is investigating President Biden’s involvement in his family’s business practices” and “has identified you as a critical witness in this matter.”

Comer released a Thursday memo stating that two months after Biden left the vice presidency, the Chinese company State Energy HK Limited wired $3 million to Robinson Walker LLC, an account belonging to Walker.

The Republican said Robinson Walker LLC wired $1,065,000 the next day to Abu Dhabi-based European Energy and Infrastructure Group, a company associated with James Gilliar, who was a Hunter Biden business partner and author of the infamous “Big Guy” email.

Comer said that, just after Robinson Walker LLC received the Chinese wire, Walker then began sending funds to Hallie Biden, companies associated with Hunter Biden and James Biden, and an unknown bank account identified only as “Biden” thus far, with the three-month total adding up to approximately $1,065,692.

Hunter Biden’s company Owasco P.C. received $500,000 during that 2017 time frame, with $50,000 on March 27, $50,000 and then $100,000 on March 31, and $300,000 on April 18.

JBBSR INC, an account tied to James Biden, received $360,000 during the 2017 time period, with two payments of $50,000 on April 3, $120,000 on April 20, $125,000 on April 24, and $15,000 on May 18.

The “Biden” account received $70,000 during the three months in 2017, including $5,000 on March 6, $25,000 on March 13, $25,000 on April 21, and $15,000 on May 17.

There was also a $10,692 payment made to Hunter Biden-linked RSTP II, LLC on April 14, 2017.

An account for “First Clearing LLC” also received $100,000 on March 29. The GOP committee wrote that it “believes that the wire was intended for Hunter Biden or one of his companies."

Comer says Hallie Biden received $10,000 from Robinson Walker LLC on Feb. 13, 2017 — prior to the Chinese wire payment — and $25,000 on March 20, 2017.

Hunter Biden’s legal team defended the payments in a Thursday statement.

"Hunter Biden, a private citizen with every right to pursue his own business endeavors, joined several business partners in seeking a joint venture with a privately-owned, legitimate energy company in China,” a spokesman said. “As part of that joint venture, Hunter received his portion of good faith seed funds which he shared with his uncle, James Biden, and Hallie Biden, with whom he was involved with at the time, and sharing expenses."

Hunter Biden’s legal team contended Thursday that the accounts "belonged to Hunter, his uncle, and Hallie – nobody else."

White House investigations spokesman Ian Sams accused Comer of “going after Beau’s widow.”

Hunter Biden and his associated businesses also received at least $5 million in payments from Chinese energy conglomerate CEFC China Energy in 2017 and 2018, and since-convicted CEFC deputy Patrick Ho also agreed to pay Hunter Biden a $1 million retainer. Hunter referred to Ho as "the f***ing spy chief of China" in a May 11, 2018, voice recording.

State Energy HK was “affiliated” with CEFC “at the time of the transfers,” according to a report issued by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) in 2020. State Energy HK detailed a 2017 transaction with CEFC in a business report.

Shortly before the March 2017 Chinese wires occurred, now-former CEFC leader Ye Jianming met with Hunter Biden on Feb. 14, 2017, in Miami, Florida. It was there that Ye reportedly gifted Hunter Biden with a 3.16-carat diamond allegedly valued at $80,000.
