


On Wednesday evening, Democratic leaders from across the country will speak at the Democratic National Convention before Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN) delivers the keynote address a day before Vice President Kamala Harris accepts her party’s nomination.
Here’s a rundown of who will speak on the third night of the high-profile Democratic event in Chicago.
Multiple Democrats from Congress’s upper chamber are set to take the stage Wednesday evening. Sens. Cory Booker (D-NJ), Chris Murphy (D-CT), Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV), and Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) will speak before Harris’s running mate gives his prime-time address.
Former President Bill Clinton and Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg will also speak to DNC attendees on the third evening of the event. Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton addressed Harris supporters on Monday evening.
A smattering of top House Democrats will also take to the stage. House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) will join Govs. Wes Moore (D-MD) and Josh Shapiro (D-PA) in speaking at the DNC Wednesday night.

Shapiro was one of the top contenders to become Harris’s running mate before she tapped Walz as her No. 2.
The Office star Mindy Kaling will host the DNC on Wednesday night. The theme is set to be “A Fight for our Freedoms.”
