New York Giants quarterback Davis Webb is being hired as quarterbacks coach for the Denver Broncos.
The position will be Webb's first NFL coaching job and will see the 28-year-old coach 34-year-old quarterback Russell Wilson, according to ESPN.

Webb spent the last season as a backup quarterback, opening for the team only in the last game of the regular season. He had previously hinted that he was planning on getting into quarterback coaching after this last season, with the Buffalo Bills reportedly offering him their quarterback coaching job last year.

Webb faces the daunting task of reversing Wilson's bad fortune this past season, with Wilson throwing 16 touchdowns and 11 interceptions — the worst of his career.
