A Georgia police officer received a call to remove a young boy who was asking neighbors if he could do yardwork in order to earn money.
However, upon arriving, the City of Hapeville Police Department said that Officer Colleran discovered the boy wanted to pull weeds, mow lawns, or cut hedges to earn money for a new PlayStation.

“The young man was polite, respectful and truthful,” the police department said in a Facebook post. “Colleran, a gamer himself, was impressed with the young man and thought he would help him reach his goal.”
That’s when Colleran worked with some of his friends to buy a PlayStation and a gift card to cover membership expenses, making it possible for the boy to get started playing.
