Washington, D.C.
The average price for a gallon of regular-grade gas in Washington, D.C., is $3.640, below Wednesday's price of $3.653. The price one week ago was $3.685.
California
The average price for a gallon of regular-grade gas in California dropped to $5.210. On Wednesday, the price was $5.236. Last week, it was $5.355.
New York
In New York, the average price is $3.727, just below Wednesday's $3.732 price. Last week, the average price was $3.764.
