The average price for a gallon of regular-grade gas in Maryland is $3.488, lower than the national average. The price was $3.497 the day before, and one week ago, the price was $3.494.
Virginia
The average price for a gallon of regular-grade gas in Virginia is $3.337, solidly below the national average. On Wednesday, the price was $3.344, and last week at this time, the price was $3.336.
Washington, D.C.
The average price for a gallon of regular-grade gas in Washington, D.C., is $3.649, higher than the national average. The price was the same the day before, and a week ago, it was $3.644.
California
The average price for a gallon of regular-grade gas in California is well above the national average at $4.875. The day before, it was $4.872, and one week ago, it was $4.814.
New York
In New York, the current average is $3.709, compared with $3.710 the day before and $3.688 this time last week.
