The average price for a gallon of regular-grade gas in Maryland is $3.477, down from $3.484 the day before. One week ago, the price was $3.436.
Virginia
The average price for a gallon of regular-grade gas in Virginia is $3.338, below the national average. The price was $3.344 on Thursday and $3.346 last week at this time.
Washington, D.C.
The average price for a gallon of regular-grade gas in Washington, D.C., is $3.741, higher than the national average. On Thursday, it was $3.752, and one week ago, it was $3.688.
California
The average price for a gallon of regular-grade gas in California is well above the national average at $4.853, six cents less than yesterday. One week ago, it was $4.876.
New York
In New York, the average price is $3.699, two cents higher than on Thursday. Last week, it was $3.688.
