Virginia
The average price for a gallon of regular-grade gas in Virginia is $3.347, below the national average. The price was $3.346 on Tuesday and $3.341 last week at this time.
Washington, D.C.
The average price for a gallon of regular-grade gas in Washington, D.C., is $3.738, higher than the national average. On Tuesday, it was $3.730, and one week ago, it was $3.670.
California
The average price for a gallon of regular-grade gas in California is well above the national average at $4.863, five cents less than Monday. One week ago, it was $4.888.
New York
In New York, the average price is $3.697, compared with $3.692, the price on Tuesday and this time last week.
