The e-books are part of the brand’s partnership with the Boys and Girls Club of Canada.
“We are proud to announce our new corporate partnership with ‘Kellogg Canada’ and their ‘Kellogg’s Froot Loops cereal brand for 2023,” BGC Canada's statement said. “Together, we are introducing the ‘Kellogg’s® Froot Loops’ ED&I Digital Library – a FREE online library of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion family-centric content including books, podcasts and more for parents and their children to explore together.”
The Kellogg's boxes received a strong reaction from several conservative social media influencers.
“Kellogg’s wants to indoctrinate your children with breakfast cereal. Stop giving them your money!” Libs of TikTok said on X, formerly known as Twitter.
"Do we need to boycott [Kellogg's] now?" one social media user said.
"Fruit Loops has gone woke and it's horrible for you. I think we should boycott Fruit Loops for our health and to punish them for going woke," a social media user said.
"Fruit Loops is now encouraging kids to go online and read their free library of woke propaganda," the End Wokeness social media account said.
"I bet they don’t encourage kids read their ingredients," one social media user quipped.
"Kids starting the day off right with 6 servings of sugar and a side of woke indoctrination," another social media user joked.

Kellogg's recently received blowback when it was revealed that the company has given over $91 Million to the Black Lives Matter movement and millions to the NAACP for "combating racism."
In June, Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes cereal mascot, Tony the Tiger, was seen posing alongside transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney at the Tony Awards, and calls for boycotting followed the cereal brand.
