The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program will wrap up issuing benefits to Arkansas, Arizona, and Minnesota for the month of July in one day.

People in eligible low-income households living in those three states who receive SNAP benefits should see their payments by July 13. While some states issue their SNAP payments throughout the month, these three states will wrap up their payment schedule earlier.

Here are three states that will finish sending out their direct payments by July 13.

The amount beneficiaries will receive from SNAP depends on household size, income requirements, and other eligibility criteria. SNAP benefit recipients will be able to use their benefits through a prepaid electronic benefit transfer card (EBT), which can be used at grocery stores like a debit card to purchase eligible food products.

The average SNAP amount for each household member per month will vary, as outlined by the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities.

The SNAP program's fiscal year runs from Oct. 1 to Sept. 30 and numbers are typically adjusted each year, with recipients' household income usually at or below 130% of the poverty line, which is the gross income limit.
