Wisconsin's FoodShare program, the state's equivalent to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, will send out its final round of payments for the month of August in one day.
The food stamps program issues payments every month from the 2nd through the 15th, depending on the eighth digit of a person's Social Security number. The FoodShare program will stop sending payments for August on Tuesday.
