Those who receive monthly payments for groceries via Wisconsin's FoodShare program, the state's equivalent to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, will have their benefits for the month of August delivered to them within two days.
The food stamps program issues payments every month from the second through the 15th, depending on the eighth digit of a person's Social Security number. Distribution of payments for the program for this month will conclude on Aug. 15.
